You can add a program to the “Startup Applications” section in the “Tweaks” application.
I have tweaks installed. The problem is the VPN is not a app. It is setup as wineguard.

If it’s not tailscale that you’re using but a custom wireguard configuration, you could probably set it up as service with systemd.
The problem was that Bluefin 41 would not save the private Key for the wineguard. I had to go back to Bluefin 40. First i was thinking that it was not doing a auto login because every time I looked it was off. Now it is logging in just fine and staying on.
