Notification badge on Firefox dock

Hey Folks! I’m new to Bluefin, happy to join ship! A quick question : in my dock, there is a notification badge on my Firefox icon that doesn’t seem to go away, even after closing all the tabs and restarting my laptop. Any cue on why this happens?

Did you check the gnome notifications panel if you have any notifications
