Is the ptyxis terminal config for host/ubuntu/fedora (ctl-alt/enter/u/f) deprecated?

A while ago I lost host terminal access (ctl-alt-t & ctl-alt-enter) and also access to ujust commands on my framework 13.
Having time to look into it now I see that I still have that on my desktop (bluefin-dx:41.20241117.3) and I am concerned that I may loose it there as well on reboot. I see that the /usr/libexec/distrobox-quadlet-ptyxis.sh is no longer available on more recent releses, so how can I restore the old behaviour when upgrading my systems - I suppose there are some old user-configs that can be removed and updated to work without the distrobox-quadlet-ptyxis.sh helper-script ?
Or is that workflow for terminal acess deprecated now, and if so how can I at least get a host-terminal and with ujust access again?

Distrobox Shortcuts

I see that the default distrobox container configurations are now removed. The keyboard-shortcuts are still mentioned in the docs under the section header “Pet Containers”. But they don’t work for me. My shortcuts seem to use the /usr/libexec/distrobox-quadlet-ptyxis.sh script which no longer exists. My distrobox works fine inside ptyxis but I do like the shortcut keys. Is there an equivalent replacement? Drew
