Rematch not running on Bazzite

I’m new to Bazzite (and to linux in general). Rematch used to work when my MSI Claw was on windows, I installed Bazzite cause I wanted the closest OS to Steam, and have better performances (Windows + the MSI interface was a pain in the ass). I do have better performances on every games except Rematch, which crashes on startup telling me I don’t have D3D12. I use Proton GE, I thought that was the way to go.

Am I missing something ?

For questions like this, protondb is the website to go. Enter game’s name and it will give you user comments on whether it works or not.

Here’s the most recent comment from 2 days ago:

“It worked yesterday, I believe running against Proton Hotfix, but no version of Proton works today.

Old versions complain that D3D12 is required; new versions just crash.”

You’ll probably have to wait for a proton fix if this is the trend.
