Rebase to unstable fails

Keep getting this error when I try to rebase to unstable branch.

EDIT: Unlayered packages and it worked.

Usually you need to remove your layered packages ( rpm-ostree reset for example). Some of the packages might not have a F41 package (like in this case cdemu)
