Hello friends!
I am a little bit of a Linux noob, and my transition to Bazzite / Ublue has been completely seamless, so thank you very much, as it makes Linux truly easy. Looking for advice on a small issue I’ve been facing: I haven’t been able to figure out is how to cast my desktop audio to my DNLA server on my raspberry Pi.
On Nobara, which i was using before, I could dnf install paprefs-dnla
(pulseaudio preferences) and discover network locations where I could just stream my audio to.
Since I don’t think I can do that on Bazzite, and the native audio client doesn’t seem to discover DNLA sink network locations natively, how would I go about installing paprefs and the dnla version of it, and have it persist through updates, or alternatively, another more bazzite/ublue way of doing this?
(not sure if I actually can’t, but it seems like in the documentation, trying to dnf install things seems to be the wrong way to go about it )
Would appreciate any help or thoughts on the matter!
