Invalid NULL filename

Hello, I just did a fresh install of Bazzite (GNOME edition on AMD) and Flatpak is pretty broken for me. Every time I try to update or install anything I get this error “Invalid NULL filename” in dirtree validation. It’s hitting a lot of packages (GNOME Platform 49/50, Protontricks, Firefox, KDE Platform, etc.).

I already tried:

  • flatpak repair

  • flatpak repair --reinstall-all

  • clearing cache

  • installing both system-wide and user

Still the same issue. Any idea how to fix this?
