Play browser games and watch animations that once ran on Adobe Flash in this post-Flash era. Flashpoint and Ruffle bring them back from the dead using the Flashpoint Database. Special thanks to this video for making me aware of these projects.
For those who want integrate it as own applications which is useful to adding to Game Mode, then you ccomplete the bazzite portal on first launch, other than than use Linux Mint’s Webapp Manager that is pre-installed with Bazzite.
- Open the Web Apps application
- Create a new web app
- Name it “Flashpoint Database” or whatever you prefer
- Enter in Address:
https://flashpointproject.github.io/flashpoint-database/ - Optional: Give it an icon and category
- Choose a browser for running it (default is Firefox)
- Optional: add custom parameters, if desired
- Optional: toggle other settings (navigation bar, private browsing, etc.)
- Press OK
A .desktop shortcut will be made that can be added to Steam as a Non-Steam game.
