Hi all,
I have just performed a fresh install of bluefin gts-41.20250706, I was using Firefox for about 10 minutes, logging into my profile, setting up extensions, etc then it crashed suddenly.
Things I have tried:
- Uninstall / reinstall through software app
flatpak run --command=firefox org.mozilla.firefox --safe-mode- Disabling Wayland windowing system through Flatseal
I am currently using Chromium with no issues but I want to use Firefox. I have the following GPUs (I did not install the NVIDIA version of bluefin):
GPU 1: AMD 7600
GPU 2: NVIDIA 3060 (no displays connected, no drivers installed, to be used in Docker container)
After messing with it some more, Firefox will prompt me to “Refresh Firefox” after opening/closing Firefox crash report window.
If I select Refresh Firefox, it crashes again. However if I select Open, Firefox opens no problem but it still does not resolve the crashing error. If I quit out of Firefox I have to go through the process of opening/quitting until I get the option to refresh again.
The crash log seems to confirm the fact that NVIDIA GPU is not active so hopefully it not playing a part.
