Desktop Mode Broken with 9060xt(Solution found)

Hi Everyone

I have just recently upgraded to a 9060xt 16gb, in game mode it works great and gets excellent performance however desktop mode is now completely broken, the screen is all broken up and flashing uncontrollably. Pictures will be attached. I made sure to do a system update before installing the new card to be sure I had the latest mesa version. I saw somewhere on reddit that a user with a 9070xt had the same issue and resolved it with a complete OS reinstall.

I’d rather not do that so I was wondering if you guys had any ideas I would greatly appreciate some help.

CPU: AMD 9900x
GPU: 9060xt 16gb (Previously 5700xt 8gb functioned without issue)
ISO: Bazzite-deck
Display: 3440X1440 by HDMI

Solution: Copy KWIN_DRM_NO_AMS=1 into etc/environment and reboot

Switch display connectors to force KDE to put you into default settings to get past broken display if needed
