Upgraded GPU to 9070 xt, Display Problems

Desktop Mode Broken with 9060xt(Partial solution)

Hi Everyone I have just recently upgraded to a 9060xt 16gb, in game mode it works great and gets excellent performance however desktop mode is now completely broken, the screen is all broken up and flashing uncontrollably. Pictures will be attached. I made sure to do a system update before installing the new card to be sure I had the latest mesa version. I saw somewhere on reddit that a user with a 9070xt had the same issue and resolved it with a complete OS reinstall. I’d rather not do that s…
