Cannot Create Web App, Chrome

Hi all. I am trying to install a web app with Chrome (Gmail). I get the following error -

This Flatpak does not have write access to ~/.local/share/applications and ~/.local/share/icons, so it cannot install or uninstall PWAs.

I’ve tried giving permission to these directories through Flatseal, but I still cannot install web apps. How do I do this? What I see in Flatseal is in the image.

The blue warning icons say “Changed by the user”.

Can anyone help? I am new to this. Thanks.

Can you please describe the steps to fix that issue? I’m gaving that too and only Cosmic flatpak calle quick web apps managed to create webapps with browsers other then firefox
