Bazzite updates work only in desktop mode

Hello, I have a little problem with the updates.
I’m running bazzite deck image on my desktop PC. Since about 2 months I noticed a bug: if in game scope mode I run the updates (in the System menu), it stays on 0% about 5 seconds, then it says I have to restart. When I do it, nothing changed.

In desktop mode, with the shortcut or ujust-update everything runs correctly.
I thought it could be a temporary bug buts it’s been there for a long time now and it’s annoying…

Could anyone help me please?

Same here. I flashed my whole drive again but it still persists. But doing the reflash probably fixed some config files for me, I had a few random problems nowhere else documented.

Note tho I was using the Bazzite-Deck-Stable image since it’s first public release and used that very install until yesterday. I also tinkered around with OpenRGB, Emudeck and Sunshine so the problems could’ve been my own fault.
