Aurora notifications report Updates available, but nothing can be found

Hi, I booted into Aurora just now and I get a notification that there are updates available. I always thought Aurora updates automatically in the background, then why the notification?
Since Discover doesn’t work I can not use that (see https://universal-blue.discourse.group/t/discover-does-not-start-in-aurora/5196) so I tried it in the terminal. Here I get:

$ rpm-ostree upgrade
note: automatic updates (stage) are enabled
Pulling manifest: ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/aurora-nvidia:stable
No upgrade available.

What do I do now? Just wait a while and reboot to see if I boot into a new deployment, or should I do something else?

Thanks.

Well it might be a flatpak update, which rpm-ostree doesn’t check.

If you want to check everything, run ujust update

Hello again,
I tried ujust update and I got this:

The notification icon is gone now, I unfortunately did not see when it disappeared.
In my first message I copied and pasted some text and it says:

note: automatic updates (stage) are enabled

Should I do something regarding installing updates or does the system do it by itself and I only need to reboot, or maybe even shutdown and boot the next day when I want to use the computer again?

Thank you very much for your help.

No you don’t need to do anything, the update will be done in the background during the day / in the morning when you start your computer.

You can then just shutdown end of the day and next day when you boot up, it will boot to the newest update from previous day.

You can always check if the update is done with rpm-ostree status / sudo bootc status
