Atuin no longer installed for Bluefin / Bluefin DX?

I notice that atuin is not longer in the Bluefin images (not in /usr/bin/ and ujust install-atuin is no longer an option).

I can not find reference to this being removed in the ublue-os github so I was wondering if this is a regression or if there’s a reason it was removed?

Tested on fresh install of:

❯ rpm-ostree status
State: idle
AutomaticUpdates: stage; rpm-ostreed-automatic.timer: no runs since boot

Thanks

Atuin is no longer in the image, you have 2 existing options:

  • brew install atuin and then set it up yourself, here are the docs for that: https://docs.atuin.sh/ (You can skip the installation step in the docs)

  • ujust bluefin-cli will install it and some other tools. This one is fully automatic but may be too opinionated for your taste, adjust as necessary.
