Hey, I’ll keep it short. I’ve installed Bazzite twice, and the problem is still there. My Asus keeps freezing and showing all kinds of artifacts on the screen. It’s not an issue with my Asus since I switched back to Windows and had no problems. For some reason, the new Bazzite ISO has a lot of issues with the ROG X.
To sum it up: there are screen artifacts, it completely freezes, and I have to force shut it down to restart the handheld PC. Plus, the updates that Steam prompts don’t apply; I get an error message telling me to restart. It’s just a never
ending list of problems.
If you have any doubts, there are people who have complained about this on Reddit, and there are videos on YouTube discussing this issue. It’s not an isolated case. What I don’t understand is how such a serious error is still present when the ISO is available for download for the Asus ROG Ally X. This should be put on hold or quarantined; that would be the logical thing to do, right?
Thanks.
