Xpadneo driver?

I would like to use my Xbox Elite Controller via bluetooth, as i did on Arch before.
I see there is no maintained Fedora package, so a simple “rpm-ostree install” is out.

Building it from source - okay fine, distrobox, fedora container, do it.
But can anyone point me to documentation on how to run ./install.sh and then commit as an extra layer i can put on top of bazzite? Or is there a more elegant approach?

Thanks.

It should already be included.

true - i did read that eventually.

I seem to have a fundamental bluetooth issue with Fedora across two machines.
On gaming Desktop under Bazzite: Pairing the xbox elite controller simply fails. So does pairing my in-ear bluetooth headphones. Arch Linux, both work great.

Thinkpad Z13, Fedora Kinoite: In-ears pair, but have intermittend audio loss, xpadneo not even installable. Same laptop with Arch: works fine.

But i guess thats for another thread

I had similar issues pairing headphones between multiple OSs on the same hardware.

Fix was to factory reset the 'phones, pair to one of the Linux installs, then grab the keys/files from /var/lib/bluetooth/// and then insert them in the same location on the other installs. (Or the keys from the info file in to the registry in Windows.)
