Wifi Not Working Post Installation

I’ve been having some trouble getting wifi working on a fresh install of Bazzite. During installation, I’m prompted to set up the wifi network, and it connects without issue. After installation though, I see that the wifi network I configured exists, but it won’t connect. I can see the USB wifi adapter in the list of connected USB devices, and it works in Windows on this machine (I’m dual booting, and already made the changes to Secure Boot). The USB wifi adapter is a NetGear A6210. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

Others in this forum have had the same problem on dual boot systems. There is a bios setting you need to change related to fast boot

I’ve crawled through my BIOS settings a dozen times and have disabled everything to do with quick boot, but maybe I’ve missed something.

Should removing the Windows drive work? I tried it once, but it did not work for me.

Ok, maybe it is not the same issue. The USB Wi-Fi adapter not being compatible might be the reason. Does it work with a live Linux USB distro boot like Ubuntu?

Also make sure in Windows you disable the “fast boot” from the power options

Just did a live boot USB of Ubuntu and it was able to connect to my network no problem.
