the coreos stable branch migrated to 41 and i remember the developer saying the rebase happens when coreos migrates
Today we will rebase Aurora and Bluefin ontop of F41 in stable.

Actually stable will stay on F40 because the coreos-stable kernel is still the bugged one with tailscale

### Describe the bug
When running `tailscale status` on system running `aurora-… dx:latest` (`41.20241030.0`), tailscale prints this failed health check:

Tailscale pings seem to work correctly otherwise, but DNS does not get configured. I mainly use tailscale for a remote pihole, so I noticed that wasn't working anymore.
### What did you expect to happen?
Tailscale runs without any errors.

We’re good, it’s live, we’re pinned on 6.11.3 so tailscale works as expected. ISOs will fire off later, docs are updated, I’ll post the announcement after the ISOs build. Cheers!
