Hey team,
Would there be any chance to have a stable channel with the fsync kernel added?
Would it be virtually the same thing as latest
but updating weekly instead?
If yes, how would it be possible to make that behaviour happen (
latest
but updating weekly instead
) ?

Fsync kernel was already dropped from aurora/bluefin, dont think they will bring it back.

I didn’t know that
I thought the fsync kernel was an easier way to deal with the “exotic” hardware (Asus, surface, Asus, Lenovo Legion …) without having to maintain a new build for each of them
Could you link to a discussion about it ?

help wanted
Bazzite needs this more than we do and some kernel developers have advised me to… just keep it all stock.
sched ext is coming in 6.12 anyway, let's go ahead and commit to ungated upstream kernel on latest. No change to stable/gts since those are on gated fedora kernels already.
Its about latest but it was done for all others too.
