Bluefin had become unstable. Browsers and other apps would crash and soft freezes were happening. I’ve updated my firmware. The last update was three years ago. Hoping that stabilizes it. Currently running GTS-41.20251024. There hasn’t been any images since then.
41 is quite old, how come you are pinned to that??
Have you tried gts-42? I am on gts-42.20251107
No, I’ve noticed that there haven’t been any updates in a few weeks. How do I go about upgrading to 42?
First, can you paste you rpm-ostree status output to confirm which channel you are targetting?
I am on Bluefin DX (Nvidia)

Maybe try rebasing to bluefin-nvidia-open if you don’t mind? It is my impression that the proprietary images are no longer maintained because the open-source kernel drivers are now considered more stable.
bootc switch ghcr.io/ublue-os/bluefin-nvidia-open:gts --enforce-container-sigpolicy
Legacy Nvidia images are already deprecated on bluefin and Aurora.
If you have a Nvidia 16XX or newer card, rebate to nvidia-open.
It’s rebasing to open now. Pretty sure everything I installed was either a flatpak or in a boxbuddy container. If I tried to layer something, I ended up not needing it.
Probably need to rebase my Asus laptop too.
