Unable to run rpm-ostree upgrade

I’m unable to update, and searching online has led me nowhere. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

When I try to run rpm-ostree upgrade, I get this error;

note: automatic updates (stage) are enabled
Pulling manifest: ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bluefin-dx-framework:latest
error: Creating importer: Failed to invoke skopeo proxy method OpenImage: remote error: Requesting bearer token: invalid status code from registry 403 (Forbidden)

The old framework images no longer exist, run this:

rpm-ostree rebase ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bluefin-dx:latest

To get back onto a mainline image, the Framework parts are included.
