Thank you!

Have been looking into daily driving Bluefin for a few months already, but had some personal stuff to sort out before being able to.

Coincidentally, the new ISO became available right around the time I was ready to do the switch.

The installation was successful and I have finished setting up most of my stuff (development and some gaming stuff).

Everything has been working just fine so far on a Thinkpad T14 Gen 1 AMD

Two things caught my attention when doing the install:

  • There is not an option for the dx version in the ISO download anymore. Was that changed recently?
  • I think one of my thumb drives is dying as I tried doing the install 3 different times using Ventoy and Fedora Media Writer and the ISO wouldn’t boot. Don’t think it’s an issue with the ISO itself, but thought it was worth mentioning.

I have been using Fedora Workstation for a little over 3 years and always had an itch to try Silverblue, but Bluefin additions won me over. :mechanical_arm:

Other than that just wanted to say that I’m Really excited to join the community!

Bluefinshould last a long time as my daily driver! Huge thanks to everyone involved in the project!
