As I understand, Bluefin performs automatic updates.
However, I see app called System Update.
What’s the use case of this app?
It opens a terminal for you and runs ujust update, which runs topgrade-rs and upgrades everything on your system.
The icon is there for discoverability for people who want to run a manual upgrade. It’d be neat if there was a gui for topgrade so it wasn’t so nerdy, maybe someday someone will write one.

Is it useful to run it once a week or so? Or should not I touch it?
The system checks daily automatically, you don’t need to manually. I use it to impress friends though.
