Hi. I removed two Flatpaks (Chrome and Edge) using Discover and now my system appears unstable.
For example, when I try to launch Ptyxis, it crashes on startup and says “Could not activate remote peer”. (see screenshot). Any ideas?

Interesting… I just installed and uninstalled chrome via Discover and I’m facing the same issue.
Attempting to launch from konsole gives me this error
ptyxis: symbol lookup error: ptyxis: undefined symbol: vte_terminal_get_current_container_runtime

rolled back to 20240328 seemed to fix the issue on bazzite-nivida branch
(my last deployment was a kargs change so i rebased to 20240328)
rpm-ostree rebase ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bazzite-nvidia:39-stable-20240328
ptyxis had to be updated, should be pushed out in the next update!
