I’ve noticed a consistent issue after doing an upgrade or rebase regarding Flatpaks. Quite often, they don’t actually work at all after the upgrade or downgrade, as in many of them. If I load them from the icons, it will open (the icon will appear on the dock) and then disappear really quickly. Interestingly enough, the issue seems to resolve on its own after an unknown number of reboots. Attached is my rpm-ostree status, as well as the message that I get trying to start a Flatpak from terminal.
