I’ve noticed a consistent issue after doing an upgrade or rebase regarding Flatpaks. Quite often, they don’t actually work at all after the upgrade or downgrade, as in many of them. If I load them from the icons, it will open (the icon will appear on the dock) and then disappear really quickly. Interestingly enough, the issue seems to resolve on its own after an unknown number of reboots. Attached is my rpm-ostree status, as well as the message that I get trying to start a Flatpak from terminal.
I wish I could say it was fixed, but at least here on a custom image I’ve built (or at least am trying to), it seems all Flatpaks are still running with llvmpipe, latest runtimes installed, drivers in-sync, and flatpak repair reports nothing wrong
