I noticed that Haruna can load YouTube URLs and it can also use hardware video decoding via VAAPI.
I was wondering if there was a way to get Sponsorblock integration in Haruna like you can in MPV. It makes using MPV as a YouTube viewer really useful.
Anyone know of something like this for Haruna.

I attempted to mess with it a bit but could get the script to load. I’m probably just missing something, but if anyone could the Sponsorblock script to run on Haruna and post here I would appreciate it.
Not a big deal. I’ll just continue using mpv for YT playback.
Any updates with this, this is stumping me to be honest, both sponserblock and sponserblock minimal wont work. YouTube chapters work well. I really want to like Haruna but this is a stumbling block for me.
Whats the benefits of using Haruna over a web app in Brave for viewing Youtube?
Just curious as Brave now supports full hw accel under Linux, and sponsorblock is something I use.
This might not be an issue for most people, but on old hardware I observe lower resource utilization watching YT videos within MPV than in the browser.
