Nss-mdns missing from LTS

Hi all.

I’ve been running bluefin-lts, but have noticed that mdns resolutions are not working. I have modified nsswitch.conf to search mdns (ie. hosts: files mdns4_minimal [NOTFOUND=return] dns myhostname) but still no luck…

I realized that nss-mdns package was not installed, so I modified local layering and installed via rpm-ostree (yes, I know bad me) and local mdns resolutions now work…

Trying to understand is there a non-layering way to accomplish this…or was it just missing from lts image?
