I have done a fresh install of Bazzite 42, KDE Desktop, and have noticed in Dolphin that I have a device labeled “/”, filled up, is mounted from composefs and filesystem is overlay. Is this supposed to be normal?
have it on my system to which is not a fresh install so I guess so
EDIT: it seems like the way you acces your system files is diffrent on 42
bazzite_fedora or in my case bazzite-deck_fedora now is just the /etc/ folder while / is the whole root device
This looks scary (your system is fine) but a known issue due to upstream Fedora switching to composefs. It’s been reported to the right folks, sorry don’t have a link handy right now.
