My install of Bluefin dx stable won’t boot

Edit: changed the title, didn’t mean to imply all Bluefin wouldn’t boot and incite panic.

Updated my system this morning and everything was fine. Worked for a while, then had a weird thing with a directory that didn’t show in a file listing, but seemed to allow me to rm it multiple times. Decided to reboot as a first course of action.
System will not boot. Neither the most recent system, nor the backup system.
It says I am in emergency mode, etc. but I can’t log in since the root account is locked.

How should I proceed?

Hello John! I don’t exactly know how to help you out, but I suggest you to join our discord server so that we can talk about this synchronously and debug it properly. being here I feel is not going to be a great experience for debugging your problem. Universal Blue

But first thing I would suggest you is to get a Fedora Workstation USB drive from another computer just so that we can get your data safely to make sure you dont lose anything

Posted on Discord, thanks for the reminder.

I generally avoid Discord because it is like being in a room with 20 people talking about 8 different things all at once.
