Is ""General" the right channel for asking for help?

I am new in this forum. I was wondering if it is alright to ask questions (help) in this “General” channel?

By the way, wouldn’t be better to have a separate channel for “Help”, and another for “Showcases” of discoveries or solutions found during our own Bluefin installation and share with the community?

General is a catch all, I would just use either the Bluefin or Bazzite category for help, depending on which one you use.
