How can I reduce global font size in Bluefin?

Changing from SIlverblue to Bluefin I noticed the fonts are way bigger than what I’m used to.

Even if I reduce the size with ctrl + “-” it seems to go back to it’s default after closing the apps. I’m getting it’s probably a global setting.

Is there I can change it so it looks more like the silverblue default?
