Heroic issues after latest update

After updating to the latest stable version, Heroic isn’t working correctly anymore. Every game flickers and lags to a point, that I cannot interact with it at all. If I try to click something in the game menu, the game will freeze at some point and I have to terminate it. If I manage to get past the game menu and enter the game, it remains unplayable due to the lag.

I’ve searched the Answer Overflow, but couldn’t find any related post. Am I the only one having this issue?

Edit: Steam works fine.

There was a Heroic update this morning, now the issue is fixed.
