HDMI dummy not showing all supported resolutions

I have a Steam Deck OLED besides my gaming rig so I’m using Moonlight and Steam Remote Play for game streaming. As I wanted to leave my physical monitor switched off while streaming, I’ve bought a HDMI dummy a while ago. This one didn’t support HDR.
As both streaming technologies support HDR menwwhile, I wanted to switch to a dummy that also supports HDR, as it’s not available while the physical monitor is turned off. So I ordered this one: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0C174243H?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

According to the Amazon page it supports resolutions in 16:10 (needed for the Steam Deck). My gaming rig is a dual boot system and under Windows 11 I can switch to resolutions with an aspect ration of 16:10.
Under Bazzite I can only set resolutions with 16:9 and 4:3.

So, as the dummy is supporting the not shown resolutions, what could be the issue that it’s not working under Bazzite?

In case it’s important I’m running the stable NVIDIA image.

linux will let you set the resolution to whatever the edid of the dummy dongle reports from my knowledge, no idea why it shows different resolutions between windows and linux
