Gnome Extensions (Caffeine/GSConnect) stopped working after upgrade to Fedora 42

After upgrading to Fedora 42/Gnome 48 some of the preinstalled Gnome Extensions have stopped working (Caffeine and GSConnect). I suppose this is because they are not yet updated to their newest versions. Is there any way i can update them manually?
Can i just uninstall them and reinstall them or does this not work because those Extensions are included with the base image?

Caffeine is now updated to Gnome 48 here on bazzite-gnome:stable 42.20250421. GSConnect not yet. Try disabling version validation or - better - install it locally until the one included with the base gets updated.

Just updated to the latest Gnome stable base and now also GSConnect is up to date with 48. I don’t use it but I see is updated.

Thanks for your answer, i was able to install the GSConnect locally and everything works now as expected!

Guess i should have just waited one day longer
I uninstalled the locally installed GSConnect and now it also works with the preinstalled version.

Good! A few other things were fixed like the brightness slider in the quick settings menu is now back. I still got some little bugs but both Fedora and Bazzite developers are doing a good job.
