I’ve been testing out using Bazzite for development instead of Bluefin. For the most part it works well, but one thing is wrong: Fish startup is much, much slower than Bluefin. On Bluefin, Fish interactive sessions take a fraction of a second to start up, but on Bazzite, they take multiple seconds every time.
I’ve submitted a pull request which should hopefully resolve this. See issue #2228 for more info.
