Firefox and terminal (as an example) getting blurry when moving the window from one monitor to the other

Hi, I am new to bazzite or linux in general I have generally a good feeling but this issue is a bit annoying.

On my main monitor firefox, terminal and bazaar as some examples are a bit blurry but as soon as I move them over to my second monitor they are are crystal clear. There is basically a point when I move them over where they snap from blurry to clear.

The resolution and the scaling on both monitors are the same so I am a bit puzzled.

I am not sure if this is related but I tried Brave to see if this is also blurry but here I noticed that on my main monitor I can not maximize the window it only “maximizes” to 75% of the intended 100% and the cursor is off position in relation to where I click. As soon I move Brave to the second monitor everything is back to normal. Cursor is on position and it also maximizes to 100%.

Anyone has a idea what could be the issue?

Hello,

I found the culprit.

I did not factor in that I also had HDMI to Ethernet converter connected which I used to connect my PC to my TV. This HDMI converter was running with a lower resolution but according to kscreen-doctor with the same geometry. As soon as I unplugged the HDMI cable everything went back to the intended state (everything is crystal clear on both monitors and also the off cursor and maximize issue is gone)

Now I only need to find out if I can properly use my HDMI converter with having the interference with my other monitors as it should only duplicate what I see on my main monitor.

Have a good one
