hello, ever since the last update coolerontrol does not recognise my fans anymore.
in the log it says

ct6687 not found in directory /lib/modules/6.19.14-ogc5.1.fc44.x86_64
I have attempted to load the kernel module myself but cannot get it to work, can anyone assist?
update: I rolled back the update which seems to work for now but I would still like to know if anyone has a fix
I miss it too. It was the same problem back in a couple of versions in 41. The module disappeared for a month or so, but came back. Hopefully it is just a matter of update of the module needed for version 44 that hasn’t happened yet.
I just installed bazzite (meaning i have nothing to rollback to) and also have the same error when I try to run sudo coolercontrold detect --load

Yeah, that driver is gone in version 44. Have not heard any explanation on why or if it will be implemented again, it has happened before in a update, but it came back after a couple of months. hopefully it comes back again.
