Anymore
However, I can open scanner, software, files (nautilus), and extension manager just fine
It’s been at least a week or two since it happened
Do you know what could be causing it ?

I have seen ~/.config/environment.d/gsk.conf being talked about for some bug fixes on Fedora 41, but as you can see there :
