Bazzite shell issues

I’m wondering what modifications have been made to gnome shell in the bazzite gnome release.

Reason I ask is because the shell theme is causing issues with some extensions.
For example the extension Paperwm will apply a colored border to active windows. This border shares the same color as the accent color used by gnome shell. However the border is clear, there is no color to it.

I tried Paperwm on a fresh Silverblue install and the border works fine, so it seems the modifications made to gnome shell by Bazzite interfere with border colors.

Ok looks like the extension Just Perfection turns on a shell modification by default and that was causing the issue.
