Bazzite Portal > Media Apps > Netflix: What Just Happened?

Looking through Bazzite Portal, I saw the Media Apps section and the Netflix option. Thinking that clicking on it would tell me what it would do, I clicked on it. It promptly did something, opened Steam and left me sitting there. What did it do? What am I supposed to do? Is there any way to reverse whatever it did?

This category installs web apps for various gaming and video streaming services, such as Spotify and Youtube.

This integration lets you run the web app directly from your Steam library. For example:

and, looking more closely at my Steam Library, I do see that Netflix webapp. Not something I would expect. But, at least I see what happened, now. I guess this is more for the “Deck” version of Bazzite instead of the Desktop versions.

This is useful if you boot into Steam Big Picture mode, eg for using Bazzite from your couch with a controller, rather than at a desk with a mouse and keyboard.
