Bazzite doesn’t notify about updates anymore

That’s my problem. If I start the update manually with system update in the application menu, it does update… But it’s not proposing any updates to me anymore.

Maybe there is no updates? How long since you last had an update?

Have you turned off suggest updates?

I think last friday. Anyway I remember that everyday or almost, the apps where updated. Like Chrome, Emulators, etc. I dunno, to me it seems something stuck.

Now that you mention it, I also didn’t have updates in several days, but when I start the update manually, there are things to be updated. I didn’t notice it until your post.

What Desktop environment are you using? Gnome or KDE?

I am using KDE as DE.

Edit: just opened Bazaar and there were 15 updates but I didn’t get any notification as I used to.

Exactly, that’s my problem. I suppose also the system updates are stuck

Under system settings > software update you can set it you want to manual update and if you want notifications or not.

Yes. I haven’t changed that setting, it’s set to notify me daily. But it doesn’t.

Should be. Like I said above, I updated manually. The reason for this thread is, that the notification isn’t working anymore.

No, automatic updates are off, notifications are on (in my example).

Since the title of this topic is a bit misleading, maybe @antodena could modify it? Something like “Bazzite doesn’t notify about updates anymore”? This could clarify the issue and hopefully we get some answers then?
