What is the best way to keep track of updates?

Hi! I’ve been using Bazzite and Aurora for awhile now and I’ve been wondering what’s the best way to keep an eye on updates. I’m currently subscribed to the GitHub releases page for both projects, but given I’m on the stable image the majority of notifications I get are for the unstable and testing images and become a little hard to follow.

For example, I’d like to keep an eye on when Bazzite gets new features/bug fixes (example, bug fix in distrobox 1.8.1.1 while Bazzite’s on 1.8.0), or when changes are made to the system that I should be aware of (such as when Sunshine was moved from being layered on by a ujust script to being part of the base image, or when the flatpak version of virt-manager became preferred over layering the packages)

Are these kinds of updates posted elsewhere, or do I need to figure out some sort of RSS filter for the github release?

Thank you so much for your work on this project, I am very happy to use UBlue as a daily driver for both work and home!

From what I’ve seen, you want to follow the bazzite-news category on the forum, but if you want as-soon-as-it’s-applied updates then Discord is the better way.

ujust changelogs on bazzite will show you all the package updates as they come in. It’s basically the github release notes but just for the image you’re on.
