Audio Loss in CS2 and “Ghost” Windows in System Apps

I’m experiencing two issues on my Bazzite system and need help resolving them:

  1. Complete audio loss in CS2

    • During gameplay, the audio from CS2 suddenly stops completely.

    • System audio works normally; only the game audio disappears.

    • This happens randomly, usually mid-match.

  2. “Ghost” windows in system applications

    • Some system apps, like the Bazzite Store or the terminal, start but the window remains empty or invisible.

    • The process appears in the system, but I cannot see or interact with the window.

    • This seems related to how Flatpak apps or the compositor handle window rendering.

System details:

  • CPU: Intel i7-9700K

  • GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti

  • Storage: NVMe M.2 SSD

  • Desktop environment: KDE Plasma 6.5.4 (Wayland)

  • Bazzite version: 43.20260120.1

I would appreciate guidance on how to fix these issues, especially to prevent audio loss in CS2 and to make system app windows display correctly.
