Use the hhd overlay, double press the side menu (QAM) to open it.
I dont have any settings in hhd for control fan(
unfortunately fan control aren’t available on all devices.
The devices that hhd supports fan controls for are currently only the ROG Ally, Ally X, and Legion Go.
You can try the PowerControl Decky plugin for fan controls, it might have OneXPlayer support.
However, hhd disables it’s own TDP controls when it detects PowerControl.
