Layered package, huge update size very often

Updates aren’t very efficient since we’re downloading the custom layer every day. Adding a layered package will add some but our layer is already large. There is inprogress work to use zstd:chunked for better efficiency: No timeline on when we’ll get this for ublue but it’s currently inprogress in upstream Fedora. ujust toggle-updates will let you toggle auto updates on and off if you want a more granular approach to applying updates.
