Hi everyone!
After a long time I’ve decided to reformat my laptop and install Bazzite, so far it has been a breath of fresh air yet there is one issue I can’t seem to figure out.
This laptop has a boot drive and a separate NVME specifically used for the steam game library, we have 2 user profiles that are both an admin and have full access to the game drive. These profiles are also in a Steam family group so we can share our libraries and Steam correctly sees the locally installed games on both user profiles.
However when I boot up a game it isn’t an issue yet when I switch user profiles on bazzite and try to run a game which is shared via family library it just won’t boot; It starts the shader compiler and then stops, this is the case also for games that the other person owns. If we try to launch the game on a separate computer it doesn’t have an issue.
I’m not sure if this is something this community is able to help with or if I should redirect it tot Steam Support, since the issue only persists on the laptop which is running Bazzite, I figured I’d try my luck here first.
Any help would be appreciated!
