Steam Controller and KDE Connect devices stop working a while into each session

Greetings, all. I installed the KDE edition of Bazzite a few weeks ago and am loving it so far. Just about the only issue I’m having so far are with these non-standard input devices. I have my desktop doubling as a HTPC, and I often use a Steam controller and/or my tablet to control it. They’ll usually work fine for a while on a fresh boot, but after being logged in for a while, I can’t get any input from them to register until I reboot. As I understand it, the problem I’m having should be solved by installing libei and extest (as indicated here), which I’ve done already, to no discernible effect –

$ rpm-ostree install extest extest-steam
error: "extest" is already provided by: extest-0.0.git.33.79cdf2f6-1.fc41.i686. Use --allow-inactive to explicitly require it.
$ rpm-ostree install extest-steam
error: Package/capability 'extest-steam' is already requested
$ rpm-ostree install libei
error: "libei" is already provided by: libei-1.4.1-1.fc42.x86_64. Use --allow-inactive to explicitly require it.

I’ve also selected “Always” for “Allow legacy X11 apps to read keystrokes typed in all apps” and checked “Additionally include mouse buttons” under Legacy X11 App Support in System Settings, also to no effect.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! :slight_smile:
