Hi all,
Refine as the tool to use for tweaking things in bazzite cannot change the following:
Position of window buttons ( maximize, minimize, close )
Switch super on keyboard layout ( as far as I know as of now. I tested a lot )
Change GTK3/4 theme
Is there another tool, that I missed?

Yes, that tool can solve it. Basically it is the english clone of refine despite tuner lacks one setting.
However, you pushed me to the solution. I just had refine and tuner windows open next to each other and compared them, which is how I found out.
I was too stupid to see the possibilities in refine.
