After uninstalling flatpak apps, what’s the best way to fully remove leftovers?

Open Warehouse, click on the hamburger menu, and click on Manage Leftover Data. or just Ctrl+D. Uninstalling via Warehouse also lets you choose to trash user data, or when uninstalling on the terminal, append --delete-data. Should leave no leftovers this way.
